CLOSED - Betrousse Absolutely Fabulous Review & GIVEAWAY (UK Only)

I'm super excited to be sharing my thoughts on this gorgeous Betrousse Absolutely Fabulous beauty kit with you all today! And best of all, if you like what you see here, you can enter my competition below and be in with the chance of winning your very own Betrousse Absolutely Fabulous Kit!

About Betrousse

If you follow my blog, you may well have seen me talk about Betrousse beauty kits before. They are a French company who have brought their unique, sophisticated and non-subscription based approach to beauty boxes to all of us lucky beauty lovers here in the UK.

I recently reached 600 followers on Bloglovin' and 300 followers on GFC so this is the perfect time to be doing another giveaway to celebrate! This giveaway is UK only but I do also currently have a Tarte Cosmetics International giveaway currently open on my blog which you can enter here.

Betrousse Absolutely Fabulous Beauty Box - Contents

This kit contains 6 full size, high quality products worth a whopping £119 and is available from Betrousse for only £19 + P & P.

Being a Little Miss Beauty Saver myself means that one of the things I love most about Betrousse is that they make higher end products a lot more affordable to us ladies on a budget. It's crazy to think, but there are actually three products in this box which are each worth more if bought separately than this entire 6 product Betrousse kit!

DUCK ISLAND
Sensuous Shampoo
250 ml
£14.98

Duck Island is a luxury British brand with a long and fascinating history. If the brand looks or sounds at all familiar to you, that may be because it has recently been featured in Vogue magazine or because it is primarily a leading and exclusive brand of hotel toiletries! Duck Island products have proved so popular with hotel guests, that it has recently been made available to the general public.

This shampoo has it's own luxurious and exotic signature scent and whats more, it hasn't been tested on animals, it doesn't contain any mineral oil or parabens and all of the packaging is recyclable.

ORGANIC SURGE
Pure & Clean Face Wash
200 ml
£5.49

Organic Surge is another British brand that makes amazing skincare and haircare products. All of their products are made with natural ingredients and are free from any harsh chemicals. I've been using and loving their Blissful Daily Moisturizer and Intensive Daily Moisturizer for a few months now (reviews coming soon!) and I'm so impressed with those products that I've been eager to try more from the brand so this face wash is perfect!

Like a lot of Organic Surge products, this face wash is SLS free so although it foams up, it shouldn't strip your skin of all it's natural oils and it should be gentle enough to use on even sensitive skin. This also contains some really fantastic skin loving ingredients such as aloe vera and lots of essential oils.

SPA FIND
Sculpted Silhouette Inchwrap Firming gel
250 ml
£25.30

Spa finds is another British brand that started small but their products have now gone global and are sold in over 26 countries. They specialize in mineral based skincare and all of their products are full of healing dead sea minerals making them great for all skin types.

I've never tried a product designed to tackle cellulite before but this actually claims to do a great deal more than just that which makes it a very interesting and appealing product indeed. It should detoxify the body, improve stretch marks, firm and tone skin, boost circulation and sooth muscular aches and pains. Phew, that's a lot! This is a seriously multitasking product and it sounds just lovely. And once again, this isn't tested on animals either!

LEOR
Facial Exfoliate Creme
100 g
£11.00

Leor is the fourth British brand to be included in this Betrousse kit. It's quite a new brand and was founded in 2011 by one very talented lady: Rachelle Alena Bruce. Her vision was to create beautiful, customizable gift packages full of lovely relaxing and pampering treats that would be enough to put a smile on anybody's face.

I'm really excited to try this facial exfoliate cream and I'm pretty sure there will be a review of it coming up soon on my blog! The French lavender scent is beautiful and the formula seems lovely, it's really creamy and definitely very exfoliating but it's also very gentle on the skin. Once again, it doesn't contain any parabens or sulfates and it isn't tested on animals either which is always wonderful to know!

HELENERE
Hedelweiss 24h Cream
30 ml
£30.00

Helenere is a Swiss skincare brand that like LEOR, was also founded by a woman (Helen Rosato-Rossi). The Helenere laboratories have created this
all-natural Hedelweiss line which contains extracts of the beautiful Alpine Edelweiss flower. Edelweiss flowers are packed with properties that neutralise harmful free radicals making it a superb ingredient to use on our skin. This cream provides long lasting hydration and also acts as an excellent base for makeup.

HELENERE
Hedelweiss Intensive Serum
15 ml
£32

This serum, also from the Helenere Hedelweiss line, is a highly concentrated moisturizer which is suitable for all skin types. It's a luxurious and powerful source of hydration, plumping up dehydrated skin and restoring its elasticity. It contains only the best high quality Swiss ingredients, which given the hefty price tag, is no less than we would expect!
