The Body Shop regularly has deals and special offers on, but I personally find that the best time to bag yourself a brilliant bargain is just before and after Christmas.
I made a cheeky Body Shop Order online for the first time recently and it's due to arrive on Tuesday. I wanted to detail in this post some of the savings I made so that you can keep a look out for any similar deals that may be of interest to you.
Last December, I bought a Body Shop membership card (£5) and became a Love Your Body Member for the first time ever. The card lasts for a year and gives me 10% off all my purchases plus a free £5 gift on my birthday as well as £5 off with my 4th and 8th in-store purchases over £10. As a LYB member, I was recently offered 40% off and a free gift worth £25 with any £30 spend (after discounts) in-store or online. I chose not to pass up on this deal and that decision has resulted in this rather large order being made!
*Cheat tip: You can't currently get your LYB card stamped with online purchases but I'm going to take my invoice for this order into my local store so that I can still get my 4th stamp on my card. This will then give me my free £5 to spend as well as the regular 10% off anything I want to buy!

As you can see, delivery for any order over £5 was also free on this occasion which saved some more money. The package is being delivered through DPD and I'm pleased to say that I was even able to change the delivery day to another one which was more convenient for me!
I've been pacing my spending all year in order to allow for indulging in some of the best pre Christmas deals and Post Christmas Sales. This is my first festive treat but it almost certainly wont be the last! I wonder if any of the makeup brands in boots will be doing the free gift with purchase offers this year?
