This post is going to be the last in my current free gift with purchase series. I've already talked about the free gifts I got with my purchases from Bourjois, L'Oreal, Max Factor, Revlon and Barry M. In this post, I'll be showing you what I got with my recent purchases from Seventeen Cosmetics.

I was running low on my Seventeen Miracle Matte Pressed Powder (£3.99) and needed to repurchase a couple more last weekend but luckily that was during the Black Friday Sales so I picked two of these up at half price for £1.99 each and still got the free gift too. I ordered my products online and had them delivered for free to my local store for collection the next day. Unfortunately, there was a slight bit of damage to my powders as they're a bit crumbly in places. I have experienced this issue with other products I've ordered online in the past but to a worse degree. It's never bothered me too much though as I still prefer to have the convenience of ordering online and collecting my products in-store.

The Seventeen Miracle Matte Pressed Powder in the shade Ivory Porcelain has been my go to setting powder for years now. I literally dread to think about how many of these I've gone through but it must be about 20 in total so far! Eeeek!! This is an oil free powder that has a very mattifying effect on the skin and helps to set my foundation and control my oils throughout the day. The shade Ivory Porcelain is quite a good match for my pale skin. I like to apply this with a big fluffy powder brush but I also enjoy applying it with the powder puff that comes in the compact. The only thing I would change about this powder is I wish the compacts were refillable with just the pan as it feels like such a waste to throw the empty mirrored compacts away all of the time! I will get around to reviewing this powder in full one day for all of those who might be interested in this budget mattifying pressed powder!
